Review

Math Logic is a shareware educational program, which has been designed to provide students with many mathematical problems in a game-like interface. The problems must be solved by using any of the four arithmetical operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Every time the student successfully completes a series of ten exercises, he/she can go up to the next level. There are five levels of difficulty for each arithmetical operation. Students can choose the math operation that they want to practice. All the problems are read by a robotic female voice. If the students do not know how to solve a problem, they can click on the hint button and the operations with numbers will be formulated. If they cannot solve the problem, they can give up and go to the next question. The score meter provides a green light that will light up whenever there is a correct answer, and red lights that will be used for incorrect answers. This program features a neat and easy-to-use graphical user interface, which is very fit for young children and kids. We can try this program free of charge. The evaluation version has one limitation, that is, students can only select addition. Math Logic runs under Windows XP, 2000, NT, ME, and 98 OS.
